Mathnasium LLC is seeking a Math Instructor / Tutor for after-school and weekend sessions at Mathnasium in Matthews, NC. You will teach in-center and online using the Mathnasium Method, assess student progress, and work with a team to deliver personalized instruction.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra II.
• As part of our hiring process all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
