Responsibilities

• Operate tabbing and related manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Monitor machine performance, respond to alarms, faults, and process interruptions to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and escalate complex challenges to maintenance as needed.
• Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance using approved tools (hoses, air guns, IPA, vacuum systems, cloths).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support production objectives and cover shifts.
