Job summary

HydroGraph seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Technician to support installation, qualification, and validation of new production equipment. You will help ensure mechanical systems are repaired, modified, and maintained to spec, working with Mechanical and Process Engineering on equipment trials.

You will collect data, document observations, and assist in training production technicians for new product launches, while maintaining a safe, clean plant floor and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar hands-on, technical role.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workstation.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and data-collection methods.
• Comfortable with hand tools, production equipment, and documentation systems.
• Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document repairs, modifications, and adjustments to new and existing production equipment and mechanical systems.
• Gather and document data and observations useful for developing, designing, modifying, or repairing mechanical systems.
• Participate in Installation, Operational, and Process Qualification activities, as well as validation trials.
• Support Process Engineering by collecting data and providing hands-on insight during trials and process improvement activities.
• Support training and production readiness of new product launches, including assisting in training production technicians and operators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including tools and equipment.
• Communicate observations on equipment performance, assembly, and system reliability to engineers.
• Assist in operating equipment and data-collection instrumentation used to evaluate new and existing processes.
• Follow established safety protocols, work instructions, and technical procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical and Process Engineering and Production teams to support continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on support and ideas that advance the goals of Advanced Manufacturing and the broader organization.
