Skilled US in Indianapolis is seeking a part‑time Advanced Manufacturing + Robotics Instructor to deliver MSSC CPT 4.0 and robotics curriculum to adult learners. You will teach hands‑on manufacturing concepts, safety (OSHA 10/30), and career readiness, aligning training with employer expectations and credential attainment.

Responsibilities include delivering CPT 4.0 content, managing labs and equipment, supporting student progress, and preparing learners for MSSC certification and entry‑level

Qualifications

Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience teaching adults in manufacturing/robotics preferred.
Ability to obtain Indiana Workplace Specialist License or equivalent.
OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Deliver MSSC CPT 4.0 curriculum (Safety, Quality Practices, Manufacturing Processes, Maintenance).
Facilitate hands-on robotics & automation training; cover PLC concepts and automation workflows.
Provide OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 instruction; align with workplace safety standards.
Track student progress and assess competencies; support career readiness.
