Job summary

Skilled US is seeking a part-time, in-person Advanced Manufacturing + Robotics Instructor in Indianapolis to deliver MSSC CPT 4.0 and robotics curricula to adult learners. The role includes OSHA safety instruction, project-based learning, and workforce readiness integration in a lab setting.

The instructor will manage safety, assessment, and certification preparation while aligning training with employer needs and labor market demand, supporting evening and afternoon blocks as required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and instructional skills.
• Experience teaching adult learners preferred.
• Knowledge of MSSC CPT 4.0, robotics, and PLC concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MSSC CPT 4.0 curriculum and OSHA safety instruction.
