Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure delivery of high-quality projects within our Advanced Manufacturing portfolio. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, enforce safety requirements, and manage schedules to meet budget and client expectations.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 7+ years of large-scale commercial construction experience, plus 2+ years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading and motivating teams.
• Knowledge of construction process: scheduling, contract admin, equipment, personnel.
• Experience leading field operations and communicating plans across audiences.
• OSHA or safety regulation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work across a project or scope.
• Implement safety and quality culture and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage plans to sequence work, manage logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain high quality of work per project standards and company policies.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-functioning team.
• Build relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Participate in close-out activities and KPI tracking.
