Zusammenfassung

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for Advanced Manufacturing projects in Richmond, VA. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, ensure safety and quality, and maintain the project schedule while achieving budget targets.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, coordinate with stakeholders, and enforce Clark standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience building advanced manufacturing or data center projects successfully from start to finish.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively across multiple audiences.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work of either a total project or a particular scope, trade contractor, or portion of a project
• Implement a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors and conduct regular safety inspections
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel
• Ensure high quality of work consistent with project and company standards
• Take initiative to deliver a project on schedule and on budget
• Develop and communicate the project schedule and milestones with stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high functioning team
• Cultivate strong relationships with all project stakeholders
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and interactions
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
• Participate in staffing plans, project costs, and KPI tracking
• Participate in close-out activities including punch list and operations training
• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to win work
• Recruit top industry talent to join the Clark team
• Identify, hire, and retain outstanding people
• Exceed stakeholder expectations by anticipating needs and goals
