TRAK Group in Ohio is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process excellence, new product industrialization, and equipment reliability. You will collaborate across Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Product Engineering to keep production running smoothly and to champion safety and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on end-to-end manufacturing optimization, standard work, and cross-functional handoffs with the MPP group, plus training and sustaining best practices

Formación

• Significant manufacturing engineering experience with deep knowledge of automated assembly processes.
• Proficiency with 2D & 3D CAD tools.
• Solid grounding in Lean (6S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED).
• Experience coordinating and presenting technical information to key component suppliers and customers.
• Self-starter who operates effectively without daily direction.
• Strong project management capabilities to plan, monitor, and control projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solver with strong root cause analysis skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Track record of developing work processes that improve outcomes for teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to create and maintain PFMEA.
• Own end-to-end integration of new products into manufacturing platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to lines.
• Provide rapid-response technical support for unplanned downtime and drive corrective actions.
• Optimize manufacturing processes end-to-end including flow, tooling, and equipment.
• Design, validate, and sustain tooling and production equipment; improve reliability with maintenance.
• Deliver training on work instructions, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
