Job summary

Novo Nordisk's Emerging Technologies - Solid Dosage Forms US facility in Durham, NC, seeks an operator to run manufacturing equipment and support junior team members. You will demonstrate subject matter expertise in assigned areas and contribute to safe, compliant production.

You will train new hires, follow SOPs, and participate in process improvements while maintaining high quality and efficiency in a fast-paced pharma environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to train new hires on SOPs.
• Ability to read, write, and understand complex product documentation and SOPs.
• Computer literacy including MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and control equipment and processes.
• Clean and sanitize manufacturing, filling, and packaging rooms and equipment per SOPs.
• Execute production schedule to meet goals.
• Perform machine changeovers as needed.
• Labeling and handling components; manage transfers, FIFO, and returns.
