TeachIowa Great Oaks High School & Career Center in Davenport, IA is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Instructor for a full-time role. The position focuses on leading students toward MSSC CPT credentials and NOCTI assessments within a vibrant manufacturing lab.

You will develop hands-on projects using 3D printers, lasers, engravers, and robots while guiding student success and credential attainment in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing; teaching, coaching, or related roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred; teaching license/adjunct eligibility required/preferred.
• Willingness to secure and maintain appropriate industry credentials and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through CPT credential pathways via MSSC.
• Instruct and coach students toward credential completion.
• Develop learning plans aligning with curriculum and timelines.
• Maintain lab equipment and update program resources.
• Create project-based activities using 3D printers, lasers, engravers, and robots.
