Position Overview

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Co-op will support the AME team in improving assembly line efficiency, conducting performance studies, and developing technical specifications for operations build stations. This role provides hands‑on exposure to real‑world manufacturing processes and offers valuable experience in engineering project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support current line rebalance initiatives.
  • Conduct OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) studies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in developing operations build station technical specifications.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical findings and collaborate with team members.
