Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with machines or processes.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM packages (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, NX, Mastercam, Trumpf TruTops, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to visualize dynamic processes and component interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes from prototype to serial production.
• Design and build tooling and fixturing for development projects.
• Document work instructions and provide project updates to management.
• Interact with suppliers to drive timelines and requirements.
