GE Vernova, Inc. in Schenectady, NY seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join the Industrialization team, focusing on heavy-duty generators and steam turbine manufacturing.

You will design, procure, install and qualify new equipment, develop tooling and instructions, support manufacturing with root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement, and collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with production experience.
• 3+ years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environments recommended.
• Experience with equipment procurement or tooling design is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design, procure, install and qualify new manufacturing equipment and manage cross-functional teams.
• Develop tooling, manufacturing instructions and standards to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Manage New Product Introduction with schedule management for cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
