Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline with a 3.0 GPA.
• 5 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing or mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical fundamentals (tolerances, materials, assembly).
• Experience with CAD software (Creo or SolidWorks).
• Exposure to automation/mechatronics is a plus.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
• 10% travel; occasional short-notice travel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new equipment and technologies; recommend best option.
• Support manufacturing operations via process control and continuous improvement.
• Assist in equipment evaluations, capability studies, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with quality, automation, maintenance, and product engineering.
• Learn, integrate, and support automation technologies, including mechatronics-based systems.
• Apply mechanical engineering principles to design changes, fixtures, and tooling.
