Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent technical training or manufacturing experience considered.
• Demonstrated success solving manufacturing problems and driving measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and support 5-axis CNC machining processes.
• Create, troubleshoot, and improve CNC programs and post-processors for complex machining applications.
• Lead and support automation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with machinists, operators, programmers, engineers, and production leaders to solve technical challenges.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through setup reduction, process optimization, machine utilization improvements, and workflow enhancements.
• Support palletized machining systems and automated manufacturing technologies.
• Use ESPRIT EDGE to develop advanced machining strategies and CNC programs.
• Utilize SOLIDWORKS to design fixtures, manufacturing concepts, and process improvements.
• Support new equipment installations, machine validations, process development, and technology implementation projects.
• Explore and implement innovative digital solutions, including AI, scripting, automation, and data-driven manufacturing tools.
• Drive projects from problem identification through deployment and long-term sustainability.
