Experience in advanced manufacturing environments with CNC machining and automation.
Hands-on with 5-axis machining and CNC programming.
Familiarity with CAM software and post-processor tooling.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and support 5-axis CNC machining processes.
Create, troubleshoot, and improve CNC programs and post-processors.
Lead and support automation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with machinists, operators, programmers, engineers, and leaders to solve challenges.
Improve efficiency through setup reduction, process optimization, and automation.
Support palletized machining systems and automated technologies.
Use ESPRIT EDGE to develop advanced machining strategies and CNC programs.
Utilize SOLIDWORKS to design fixtures and processes.
Assist with new equipment installations, validations, and technology projects.
Explore AI, scripting, and data-driven manufacturing tools for improvements.
Drive projects from problem identification through deployment and sustainability.
