Job summary

Cenveo in Mt. Pleasant, PA is seeking an Advanced Machine Operator (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and keeping production efficient.

Training on 1st shift (7am–3pm) is provided. Monday–Friday with Saturdays required during peak production or as needed. There is visible opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical or industrial equipment experience.
• Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and ability to read a ruler with accuracy.
• Flexible with machine assignment and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Perform print, window, and full machine changeovers, including part removal/installation and machine timing.
• Develop advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills to support quality and production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

We are hiring immediately Advanced Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Mt. Pleasant, PA location on 2nd & 3rd shifts.

Candidates must have experience with equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient production operations. We welcome applications from skilled automotive technicians with hands-on experience in engine and transmission repair / replacement.

Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability.

Pay & Work Schedule

• $19.77 - $21.98/hr + 2nd or 3rd shift premium
• 2nd shift premium $0.20/hr / 3pm -- 11pm
• 3rd shift premium $0.25/hr / 11pm -- 7am
• Training will be on 1st shift 7am - 3pm.
• Monday - Friday; Saturdays required during peak production or as business needs dictate.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping.
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance.
• Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, etc.).
• Must be able to work in hot or cold weather.
• Ability to handle high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift.
• Mental alertness to stop equipment when jam occurs.
