Mesa Labs is seeking a Machine Operator II to operate and maintain advanced production equipment with minimal supervision. The role includes setting up machines, troubleshooting, and ensuring production meets safety and quality standards.

The position offers a base hourly range of $19.95–$25.00, plus an annual 10% bonus opportunity and a robust benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, FSA/HSA, disability and life insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, vacation, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work with others and communicate effectively on the line.
• Commitment to safety standards and procedure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate advanced production machinery per job specs.
• Monitor performance and adjust settings for optimal output.
• Conduct routine quality checks and document results.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and housekeeping of the area.
• Support training of junior operators and participate in process improvements.
