Job summary

Qualifications

• National Registry Paramedic registration and renewals every two years.
• WV Paramedic licensure or eligibility within one month of hire.
• EVOS certification or obtain within one month of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification current.
• ACLS or equivalent certification current.
• PHTLS/PEPP/PALS or equivalent within two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide ALS patient care and advanced life support per protocols.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and transport decisions.
• Maintain documentation, credentialing, and QA/QI participation.
