Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and ALS certification as indicated above.
• Must meet the qualifications of an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic/Driver.
• Must maintain valid, current State of Ohio Paramedic Certification; BLS and ACLS certifications.
• High School diploma or GED required; Valid driver''s license; One year of driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support and basic life support care.
• Safe and efficient operation of ambulances and other company vehicles and equipment.
• Basic life support treatment and transportation of sick and injured persons.
• Communicate with patients, family members, medical personnel, and the public.
• Complete and maintain accurate records and documentation of transport, equipment, and incidents.
