Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking an Advanced Learning Middle School Paraprofessional to support the implementation of middle school Advanced Learning services, including assessment administration, data collection, and program organization. This role provides student support with extension activities.

The position requires experience with middle school students, proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, communication, and testing logistics under the Advanced Learning teacher.
• Schedule and administer assessments for students in advanced courses.
• Proctor math, science, reading, and writing assessments.
• Enter and organize student data accurately and confidentially.
• Prepare file review documents.
• Schedule and manage Continental Math League extension.
• Schedule and manage other extension opportunities (Be the Scientist, Geography Bee).
• Administer placement tests and assessments to support differentiation.
• Support individual students with needs such as executive function and emotional development.
• Assist with independent student projects.
