• 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory animal facility or ALAT certification.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs to monitor, observe, and record animal health and welfare daily.
• Perform routine animal husbandry including cage changes and provisioning.
• Conduct daily health checks and report conditions.
• Prepare records using digital colony maintenance software.
• Dispose of waste and sanitize facility areas.
• May assist in basic health treatments under supervision.
