Job summary

The role requires ALAT certification and strong accuracy in records. The position involves routine husbandry tasks, biosecurity protocols, and collaboration with the vivarium team to maintain high standards of animal welfare and compliance with GLP and cGMP

Qualifications

• ALAT certification required before placement.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with rodents and other animals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routine feeding and health assessment.
• Cage changes and room disinfection.
• Restraint for husbandry and study purposes.
• Accurate record keeping (manual and electronic).
• Receipt, housing and identification of animals.
• Independently perform duties in husbandry and sampling.
• Assist training and provide feedback on vivarium operations.
• Follow GLP and cGMP as applicable.
