Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of agile, scrum, kanban, waterfall PM methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing large IT projects with multiple resources and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Excellent communication, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating technical specifications and system designs for custom solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, plans and artifacts covering scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure task completion.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and address them.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with goals.
• Manage project documentation, schedules and risk logs.
• Foster clear communication among team, stakeholders and leadership.
