Job summary

Annie Aesthetic is seeking an Advanced Injector & Director of Provider Success to elevate the performance of providers across our platform. The role blends hands-on clinical injecting 1–2 days per week with leading coaching, development, and training initiatives.

You will analyze provider KPIs, design personalized development plans, and build a scalable education framework across locations. Travel to clinics (~50%) will be required to foster a culture of clinical excellence and shared success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a medical aesthetics provider, including hands-on injecting experience (NP or PA required).
• Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, and treatment planning.
• Experience coaching, training, or mentoring other providers; formal operations leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to use performance data to diagnose opportunities and build practical, personalized development plans.
• Willingness to travel ~50% to Annie clinic locations for coaching and relationship-building.

We are hiring an Advanced Injector & Director of Provider Success to support and elevate providers across the Annie Aesthetic platform. This role combines hands-on clinical practice (injecting 1-2 days per week) with a platform-wide mandate to help providers ramp successfully, grow their clinical and consultative capabilities, improve performance against key KPIs, and feel connected to a broader Annie provider community.

This role is built for a clinically excellent provider who is energized by coaching, hungry to own outcomes, and ready to build scalable provider development systems as we grow — no formal operations background required. This role reports directly to the COO.

What You'll Own

Provider Coaching & Development

• Review provider-level data and KPIs to identify coaching and training opportunities. Translate data into clear, actionable development plans.
• Build personalized development plans based on experience level, performance data, and observed opportunities
• Coach providers across all Annie Aesthetic clinic locations

Training Strategy & Coordination

• Design and manage a scalable provider education and training process across the platform
• Partner with clinic teams to ensure trainings support clinical excellence, practical application, and clinic performance through ongoing reinforcement, coaching, and measurement
• Ensure trainings are practical, tied to business goals, and followed by reinforcement, coaching, and measurement

Provider Community & Best-Practice Sharing

• Build a connected Annie provider community across locations, brands, and geographies, creating forums for providers to share best practices, case studies, and lessons learned
• Identify high-performing providers and amplify their strengths across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning, clinical excellence, and shared success
• Support provider engagement, retention, and career development by building a strong provider community that encourages collaboration, shared learning, and connection across clinics — so providers feel invested in and part of something larger than their individual clinic

Clinical Practice

• Maintain an active injecting practice 1-2 days per week, staying clinically sharp and credible with the provider community
• Serve as a hands-on example of the clinical standard the role is coaching toward

New Provider Ramping & Recruiting

• Build and own a structured new provider ramping pathway, including shadowing, mentorship, trainings, and ramp milestones
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on provider recruiting and candidate evaluations

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a driven, humble, and highly capable clinician who is passionate about developing others. The strongest candidates will bring:

• 8+ years as a medical aesthetics provider, including hands-on injecting experience (NP or PA required)
• Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, treatment planning, consultation dynamics, and client experience
• Demonstrated experience coaching, training, or mentoring other providers — formal operations leadership experience is a plus but not required
• Comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities and build practical, personalized development plans
• The ability to give direct, kind, actionable feedback across all provider skill levels
• Strong project management instincts — able to coordinate trainings across many clinics, vendors, and stakeholders
• A builder mindset, with the ability to create structure, community, and shared standards where they do not yet exist
• Comfortable traveling regularly to Annie clinic locations for coaching, trainings, and relationship-building; travel is expected roughly 50% of the time
