Magna Exteriors, part of Magna International Limited, is seeking qualified engineers to support automated storage, robotics, and manufacturing logistics across our global operations.

We look for strong analytical skills and a history of leading cross-functional projects in manufacturing, with degrees in Mechatronics or related fields. The role emphasizes innovation in automotive exterior systems and continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, material flow, or process optimization.
• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), robotics, automation, or manufacturing logistics preferred.
• Experience with simulation and digital manufacturing tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, material flow, or process optimization.
• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and xxperience leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), robotics, automation, or manufacturing logistics preferred.
• Experience with simulation and digital manufacturing tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.
• Experience supporting equipment launches and production startup activities preferred.
