Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Fremont, CA seeks an experienced immunoassay developer to lead design, conjugation, and validation of ELISA, TR‑FRET/HTRF, AlphaLISA, and related platforms. You will own the full development cycle from reagent selection to matrix validation, partnering with scientists to deliver robust assays.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years hands‑on immunoassay experience, strong data analysis skills (GraphPad Prism, Excel) and a proven track record of DOE‑driven optimization

Qualifications

• BS/MS in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related discipline with 3–7 years hands‑on industrial experience developing immunoassays from scratch (ELISA, MSD, TR‑FRET/HTRF, AlphaLISA, or equivalent) including reagent selection and antibody screening
• Experience independently developing and validating immunoassays with a track record from concept to validated format
• Solid understanding of antibody‑antigen binding kinetics and assay design considerations

Responsibilities

• Design and execute bioconjugation strategies for labeling antibodies and proteins
• Develop homogeneous immunoassays (TR‑FRET, HTRF, AlphaLISA, MSD, or ELISA) from reagent selection to validation
• Lead antibody screening campaigns using DOE to optimize concentrations and buffers
• Perform assay validation experiments for precision, accuracy, linearity and range
• Maintain detailed lab notebooks and generate data summaries for reports
