Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Method Development and Validation Research Technician I to support bioanalytical method development and validation, including transfer of immunoassays and related assays. The role involves designing, planning, and executing projects with data documentation and regulatory awareness.

Ideal candidates will have a background in immunoassays, pharma/CRO experience, and strong communication skills to report findings and collaborate with clients.

Qualifications

• Requires B.A./B.S. with 3–4 years method development and validation experience; M.A. with 2–3 years; Ph.D. with 0–1 year.
• Experience designing, validating, and/or performing immunoassays.
• Pharma/CRO or clinical lab background preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret SOPs, technical reports, and method protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, validation, and transfer of immunoassays and bioanalytical methods (ADA, PK, Nab, MSD, ELISA, cell-based, Flow Cytometry, Elispot).
• Plans and manages routine and non-routine projects with guidance.
• Compiles data and collaborates with scientists for project progression.
