Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for Radiologic Technology.
• Licensed for New York State in Radiologic technology including permit for injections.
• Registered or eligible by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Advanced Certification CT from ARRT, eligible Special Procedure, and MRI is preferred.
• 4 years experience in Cat Scan and Interventional Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff to ensure adherence to exam protocol.
• Monitors and evaluates department activity to determine referral patterns.
• Plans work flow patterns maintaining patient safety.
• Communicates with patients to explain procedures and delays.
• Develops and maintains QA program.
