Job summary

The University of Rochester is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for Imaging Sciences-CT to manage technical, administrative, quality and personnel functions in the imaging section. Under CT Clinical Manager, you will provide supervision and technical support to CT staff and ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Shift is M-Th 12pm-10:30pm; requires NYS licensure and ARRT with CE credits; minimum 4 years in Imaging Sciences with at least 2 years CT experience.

Qualifications

• Formal training from an approved School of Radiologic Technology and NYS licensure with ARRT CE credits.
• Minimum 4 years in Imaging Sciences with at least 2 years CT experience.
• Current certification requirements and ongoing CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and technical support to the Imaging section.
• Ensures high-quality imaging and patient safety.
• Oversees CT staff operations and schedules.
• Manages equipment and maintains regulatory readiness.
• Collaborates with IS Nursing, Clerical, IT and Faculty for productivity.
