Ladders is seeking an Advanced Imaging Area Sales Manager to lead the Image Guided Therapy Devices segment in a remote-capable role across the Southwest region.

The position focuses on growing usage of imaging and therapy offerings, partnering with clinical staff and sales teams, and driving adoption with a strategic, consultative approach across hospitals and clinics. Excellent leadership and clinical fluency are required.

For our client, we are seeking a Advanced Imaging Area Sales Manager - Image Guided Therapy Devices (Southwest) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote sales leadership role will focus on driving growth for advanced imaging and image-guided therapy offerings across an assigned Southwest territory. The person in this role will partner closely with clinical specialists, territory managers, and healthcare customers to expand adoption, strengthen account relationships, and uncover new opportunities for product utilization. Success will depend on combining strong clinical fluency with disciplined territory management, business planning, and a consultative approach to hospital and clinical stakeholders.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $182,750 - $330,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for disposable products and services within the assigned territory
• Stay current on new offerings in the relevant clinical area and the company’s existing product portfolio
• Partner with clinical specialists and territory managers to support product activity, development, and launch goals
• Build clinical, sales, and leadership capabilities through collaboration with management and training resources
• Work with hospital and clinical contacts to identify product expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in customer relationship management and account management within imaging segments
• Experience with intravascular ultrasound systems (IVUS), optical coherence tomography (OCT), or near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS)
• BA or BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage effectively with healthcare professionals
• Ability to manage accounts, drive utilization, and handle problem resolution and business planning
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time, with potential for national travel
