Phase2 Technology in Herndon, Virginia is looking for an Advanced ILS Specialist I to support integrated logistics for technical systems. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on Acquisition Logistics and ILS elements.
The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to develop logistics solutions and requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Opportunities for relocation are available.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Clearance Requirements:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
As an Advanced ILS Specialist I for Intelligence Systems, you'll be supporting a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) providing integrated logistics support for unique mechanical and structural systems, working on small technical teams and coordinating with IPT Leads to complete assignments. Our program offers the opportunity to see the development of technical solutions from concept level through use in operational environments, with extensive hands‑on participation supporting engineers with a wide range of logistics, sustainment, and technical support tasks. Program work products include specialized tools, structural systems, hardware components, assemblies, and prototypes supporting both technology development tasking and customer operations initiatives.

This position is fully on‑site due to the nature of program work and facility infrastructure. Work will be performed at the GDMS facility in Herndon, Virginia.
Relocation could be considered dependent on candidate.
Target salary range: USD $105,235.00/Yr. - USD $110,991.00/Yr.
