Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Understanding HVAC&R principles: thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics.
• Knowledge of design of experiments, instrumentation, data acquisition, and data analysis.
• Experience with Python, VBA, or EES for scientific programming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Basic project management skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with R&D projects focused on next-generation HVAC technologies.
• Support evaluation, testing, and analysis of new products, systems, and concepts.
• Participate in technical investigations and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Assist with prototype testing, data collection, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze test results and identify opportunities for improvements.
