Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking an early to mid-career Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our multidisciplinary team and help expand the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Program. The role includes vast clinical, research, and teaching opportunities at one of the nation’s top academic medical centers.

We welcomeBoard Certified/Board Eligible physicians with LVAD and transplant experience, ready to contribute in a high-volume program renowned for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible cardiologist with advanced heart failure training.
• Experience with management of acute mechanical support devices (LVADs) and patients pre/post heart transplant.
• Comfort in managing patients in critical care settings; academic clinical, research and teaching focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced heart failure care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in clinical, research, and teaching activities within a leading academic center.
• Pursue leadership opportunities within the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Program.
