Saint Alphonsus Medical Group – Heart Institute in Boise seeks an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join a 21+ physician cardiovascular team providing comprehensive HF care, including telemedicine and outreach.

The role requires MD/DO with HF fellowship, board certification within 1 year, and Idaho/Oregon licensure. Full-time schedule with traditional M-F clinic hours and competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Heart Failure fellowship and board certification.
• Unrestricted Idaho and Oregon medical licenses.
• Willing to obtain privileges at SAMG Boise and affiliated hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced heart failure care within SAMG Heart Institute.
• Collaborate with clinicians across services and participate in research.
• Support outreach and telemedicine to regional patients.
