Beaver Creek Ski Resort's Red Sky Golf Club is seeking motivated seasonal Golf Maintenance staff for the Advanced: Golf Maintenance position. You will general mowing, course setup, irrigation care, bunkers, and assist in training teammates to maintain top playing conditions.

This is a Summer Seasonal 2026 role in Beaver Creek, CO, with wages $22.00–$29.22 per hour, full-time hours when available, housing provided, and opportunities for growth within Vail Resorts' extensive network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Shifts may start as early as 5:00am.
• Housing availability: Yes

Responsibilities

• General mowing on all areas of the golf course
• Golf course set-up and cup cutting
• Irrigation repair and troubleshooting
• Hand watering of turf
• Bunker raking and bunker maintenance
• Assistance in construction projects
• Supervision of small crew oriented tasks
• Assist in training of fellow employees
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Red Sky Golf Club is looking for motivated, team players to join our Golf Maintenance team. The Advanced: Golf Maintenance position is a great opportunity for candidates with golf maintenance or related experience. This position reports directly to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent and helps to provide the best possible playing conditions for our members and guests each day. Red Sky offers a fast paced, fun and exciting work environment with lots of room for advancement and growth.

This is a seasonal position available from April through November, weather depending. Full and Part Time positions are available.
