Job summary

Indiana University Health is actively recruiting an Advanced Gastroenterologist to join a skilled team in Muncie, Indiana. 100–150 procedures monthly, with responsibilities spanning upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, enteroscopy and related therapies, plus teaching residents.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri) with 95% at Ball Memorial Hospital and 5% outreach at Jay County Hospital, and a generous sign-on bonus dependent on commitment and base salary.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Medical Degree or foreign equivalent.
• Internal Medicine residency completed.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

• Teach residents, lectures and adjunct faculty roles.
• Perform endoscopic procedures including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Share in on-call duties with the team (1:5).
• Provide inpatient and outpatient GI care with a team of physicians and advanced providers.
