Job summary

Indiana University Health in Muncie, Indiana is seeking an Advanced Gastroenterologist to join our skilled team of physicians. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a mix of inpatient/outpatient responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified, possess an MD or foreign equivalent, and have completed an Internal Medicine residency with fellowship training in Advanced Gastroenterology.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Medical Degree or foreign equivalent.
• Internal Medicine residency.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

• Teach residents and lectures as part of an adjunct faculty appointment.
• Perform advanced GI procedures including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Support research activities and participate in limited drug trials where appropriate.
