Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Measures, weighs, chops, and trims food items for recipes.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Arranges, garnishes, and portions food per guidelines.
• Stores food following safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Maintains excellent guest service and positive attitude.
