Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to perform advanced repairs using special tools and following Technical Manual procedures.
• Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Participates in Service Training programs.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees.
• Conducts or supports customer clinics.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems

Advanced knowledge of electrical systems

Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems

Excellent skills in operating vehicles for diagnostic purposes

Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Basic computer skills

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Associate's degree preferred
