Qualifications
Minimally Qualified Applicants should have knowledge of building construction/repair concepts and techniques.

Familiarity with janitorial and cleaning techniques is necessary.
Responsibilities
Responsible for facility maintenance including preventive maintenance and minor repair.
Supervision and training of residents in mechanical maintenance tasks.
Respond to emergency call-ins when necessary.
