Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimally Qualified Applicants should have knowledge of building construction/repair concepts and techniques.
• Knowledge of mechanical repair and maintenance principles is required.
• Familiarity with janitorial and cleaning techniques is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for facility maintenance including preventive maintenance and minor repair.
• Supervision and training of residents in mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergency call-ins when necessary.

Skills

Knowledge of Building construction/repair concepts/techniques

Knowledge of Mechanical repair and maintenance principles

Knowledge of Janitorial and cleaning techniques

Knowledge of Grounds keeping and landscaping methods

Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment
