Responsibilities

• Interpret basic engineering drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
• Construct, modify, debug, troubleshoot, calibrate, test, and adjust tools, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct, analyze, and document statistically based experiments to define process parameters.
• Implement and document complex solutions for process improvement.
• Design and construct basic tooling and fixtures for specific tasks.
• Organize, analyze, and interpret data to identify cause/effect relationships and recommend resolutions or process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Current active DOD Secret clearance required at the time of hire.
