Job summary

RosmanSearch is assisting a premier academic medical center in Charleston, West Virginia, to recruit a Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Endoscopist for a 100% endoscopy-focused role with exceptional procedural volume.

The position offers a starting compensation of $700,000+ with production incentives and strong opportunities to grow the program within a larger 17-hospital referral network. Teaching responsibilities and an academic appointment are available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Advanced Endoscopist.
• MD/DO required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% Advanced Endoscopy services.
• Help expand the program to a three-physician team.
• Teach GI fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Participate in academic appointments and collaborate with APPs in inpatient and outpatient settings.
