Job summary

RosmanSearch is assisting a well-established, academically affiliated community health system in West Virginia in recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a hospital-employed role in Bridgeport. The team is expanding, with a mix of outpatient procedures and inpatient consults, and a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth.

The position offers a base salary above the 90th percentile with an upside productivity model, comprehensive benefits, generous CME

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist
• Experience with ERCP is preferred
• Demonstrated collaboration in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Perform GI consults and outpatient/inpatient procedures
• Lead endoscopy and ERCP when applicable
• Contribute to program growth and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and surgeons
