Job summary

Qualifications

• Active EMT-AEMT certification with Tennessee OEMS.
• CPR-BLS certification from AHA or ISHI.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with F endorsement.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and good judgment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to select medical and traumatic emergencies and facilitate inter-facility transfers.
• Provide EMS care at scene, en route, and during transport; deliver patient to appropriate facility.
• Perform life support procedures per certification level and policy.
• Maintain vehicle/equipment readiness; disinfect, restock, and complete checklists.
