Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of TMHC policies and procedures.
• Maintains vehicle/equipment readiness and cleaning; completes daily checklists.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and traumatic emergencies; provide inter-facility transfers.
• Provide EMS care at scene, en route, and during transport; deliver patient to appropriate facility.
• Renders care per TMHC and Tennessee regulations; coordinate with ALS and other EMS services.
• Complete patient care documentation and reports; ensure universal precautions and infection control.
• Lead or assist teams during emergencies; supervise other EMS personnel as needed.
• Engage in public relations and community education; participate in EMS system development.
