Job summary
Honeywell Technologies in Ohio is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to assist internal and external customers with PLC-controlled machines and subsystems. You will diagnose issues, guide repairs, and ensure timely resolution of complex technical problems.
The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, knowledge of Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, VFDs, and related wiring. You will collaborate with engineering teams to perform root-cause analysis and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
- At least 6 years of experience troubleshooting automated material handling equipment.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with PLCs and VFDs.
