Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Redmond, WA seeks an Advanced Analog Design Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and verification of high-performance analog circuitry powering precision accelerometers for aerospace navigation.

You will work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to bring sensing technologies to market. The role requires hands-on lab work, simulations, and adherence to design reviews and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 4+ years of related engineering experience with analog circuits and systems.
• Hands‑on experience with lab test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and test of analog and digital circuits and systems
• Execute project subtasks by following established engineering methodologies for new hardware development
• Perform simulations, data analysis, define test procedures, and review results to determine compliance to requirements
• Status reporting to senior technical staff and direct management
• Assemble and present material for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews
• Drive new product development to schedule and budget
• Support factory RCCA activity

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Analog Design Electrical Engineer to join our team in Redmond, WA. In this role, you will own the design, development, and verification of high-performance analog circuitry that powers advanced accelerometer technologies used in mission‑critical aerospace applications.

From architecture development through detailed design, testing, and validation, you will work across the full product lifecycle while partnering closely with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering teams to bring innovative sensing technologies to market.

A successful candidate will have a background in analog electrical engineering and have the ability to work closely with mechanical, systems, and manufacturing functions.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 4+ years of related engineering experience with analog circuits and systems
• Hands‑on experience with lab test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers

WE VALUE

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrated experience with analog circuitry and precision electronics
• Knowledge and/or experience with the design and testing of precision accelerometers
• Good understanding of fundamental physics
• Experience with performing worst‑case analysis
• Experience with Matlab, Mathcad, Simulink, and Spice design tools
• Experience with Arduino programming and data collection
• Ability to make data based and timely decisions while balancing risk
• Familiar with Six Sigma Methods
• Demonstrate excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in use of Office Suite of programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$130,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
