Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Advanced Direct Support Professionals to join our Mountain Top, PA team. You will provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism, helping them participate fully in daily life.

You may administer medications under supervision, monitor health conditions, and respond to emergencies following protocol. A strong emphasis on inclusion and community integration guides our work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with challenging medical needs and/or dual diagnosis.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on location, daily access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs or autism.
• Create a healthy, engaging home setting and teach daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and advocate for health and wellness of the people we support.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications if delegated and respond to emergencies per protocols.
