Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking a Digital Radiography Technician II to perform in-process, finished goods, and LAT inspections on decoys, ensuring compliance with product acceptance requirements. The role emphasizes safe operation of radiographic equipment and adherence to QA procedures.

The ideal candidate holds Level II NDT certification, a strong safety mindset, and experience working with SOPs. This position may require on-site work in a regulated environment with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as Digital Radiographic Technician I or equivalent.
• NAS410 training hours on the job or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate digital radiographic equipment for decoy payload inspection.
• Calibrate radiographic equipment per manufacturers’ specs.
• Inspect for payload stack-up and defects (e.g. missing hardware, displaced foils).
• Label and identify inspected units per QA SOP.
• Mentor Level I technicians for Level II certification.
